The Light That Leads

When the dark surrounds my way,
And hope feels far and dim,
I lift my eyes and softly pray—
And find the light in Him.

His mercy reaches deep inside,
And lifts me when I fall.
No storm can take me from His side,
He hears my every call.

Grace Like Rain

Grace like rain falls from above,
Washing every sin with love.
Not by merit, not by deed,
But by Christ who meets our need.

In His wounds our healing lies,
In His cross, our hope shall rise.
So I'll walk with lifted eyes,
Washed and free beneath the skies.
